Dr. Candace Crowley received her B.S. in Biochemistry from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and her Ph.D. in Immunology from UC Davis, where her thesis focused on immune modulation in childhood asthma. Candace has 12+ years in the life sciences sector, including experience writing and editing for both scientific and lay audiences. When she is not working, Candace loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys animals, the beach, and cooking.
